Illegal Dumping

Online Vilolation Report
We all occasionally have something that could be desirable to others that we no longer want.
It's easy to tell if it's "desirable" and it will usually be gone within twenty-four hours and likely much sooner.

Nobody minds that.

But nobody wants your old stained mattress or your couch missing its cushions or your old tires!

That stuff is simply Junk.

If you thought it was desirable but it's still there three days later, face it -- nobody wants it and it too is junk.

And when you put that stuff curbside and it remains there, that's when it becomes illegal dumping.
Illegal dumping isn't limited to just stuff at the curbside.  In the broad sense, it also includes anywhere people dump rubbish and items and sadly that is sometimes in our washes and deserts.  For Dodge Flower though, it applies to anything considered in the "Right of Way" or ROW for short.  This includes curbside, alleys and easements.

We should be very thankful for Brush and Bulky!  Twice a year, COT sends out men, trucks, frontloaders and more to our neighborhood to clean up everything we've put curbside and they do it FREE of charge!   I knew we all ultimately pay for it in our taxes but there's no additional charges so it gives us all an opportunity to get rid of all that stuff we no longer want.
