Holding more community events
Reduce dumping
Increase greenery and tree canopy/cool down the neighborhood
Finish the mosaics on the traffic circle on Dodge and Flower
More speed bumps
Additional street lighting
More sidewalks (not necessarily concrete)
This is a great chance to meet your neighbors, stay informed about what's happening, and share your valuable input. We’re excited to hear your thoughts and get your feedback. Your participation helps shape the future of our neighborhood, so please come and share your ideas.
One Person’s Clutter, Everyone’s Treasure: Our Yard Sale Recap
What a weekend! If the bustling sidewalks and the sheer number of "Sold" signs are any indication, our February 28th neighborhood yard sale was an absolute hit. The weather held up, the coffee was strong, and, most importantly, our streets were filled with the sound of neighbors actually talking to one another.
We had over 20 households set up shop this year. The Dodge Flower Neighborhood Association made over $600 at their booth. A Whether you were there to declutter your garage or to hunt for that one vintage item you didn’t know you needed until you saw it, the community energy was fantastic.
It was wonderful to see so many families out, and it’s a great reminder that one person’s "I need to get rid of this" really is another neighbor’s "Oh, I’ve been looking for that!" Huge thanks to everyone who spent their Saturday morning organizing, negotiating, and—let’s be honest—finding new homes for things we probably should have donated years ago.
